WHY WE EXSIST

​In St. Louis, the need is clear:

• 20.6% of residents live below the federal poverty level.

• 27.1% of children live in poverty.

• 1 in 6 children experiences food insecurity.

• Many families face barriers to stable housing, educational opportunities, and access to mentoring and supportive resources.​

Behind every statistic is a family striving for stability, a parent working to provide, and a young person with dreams waiting to be realized. That's why we exist.

We believe lasting change begins by investing in the whole family. Through mentoring, family support services, youth leadership development, educational enrichment, financial literacy, community partnerships, and programs such as our Debutante Leadership Initiative, we equip children, teens, and families with the tools they need to succeed.

Our goal is to build confident young leaders, strengthen families, and create pathways to opportunity that inspire hope for generations to come.
